Associate, Insurance Operations (Fintech)

Location: Remote, associated with Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

hirify.global operates a financial products platform across Greater Southeast Asia, helping consumers compare and select insurance and other personal finance products.

What you will do

• Manage product, offer, and campaign configurations in Strapi.
• Ensure content is correctly structured and mapped to frontend components.
• Validate CTA behavior, labels, product attributes, reward logic, eligibility criteria, and promotional messaging.
• Audit content for outdated, incorrect, or misconfigured information.
• Support CMS migrations, content model updates, and transactional and post-application messaging flows.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Commercial, Campaign, Analytics, and Business Analysis teams on content requirements, provider requests, technical issues, click tracking, and attribution.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of writing experience.
• Fluency in Traditional Chinese, including reading, writing, and speaking, is required.
• Strong English proficiency for cross-functional collaboration and accurate writing is required.
• Hands-on experience with a content management system such as WordPress, HubSpot, ContentStack, or Strapi; Strapi experience is strongly preferred.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, verbal communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to learn, adapt to a fast-paced environment, prioritize work, and complete assigned tasks.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Google Optimize.
• Interest in personal finance and knowledge of relevant financial products.
• Knowledge of UI/UX writing.
• Experience supporting content QA or CMS migrations.
