Security Operations Associate

Location: United States; remote

Provides critical event management technology and risk intelligence to help enterprises and government organizations protect people, maintain operations, and respond to critical events.

What you will do

• Support security projects from inception through completion, including planning, administration, execution, and follow-up.
• Coordinate client and vendor communications and collaborate with Security Operations colleagues.
• Administer Secure Journey Management services covering car and driver, close protection, and meet-and-greet support.
• Create and maintain Salesforce Health Cloud, Salesforce, SharePoint, case records, task checklists, and risk assessments.
• Prepare proposals, quotations, letters of engagement, approvals, purchase orders, invoicing, and post-task financial reconciliation.
• Provide administrative setup and initial support for short-notice security assistance requests.

Requirements

• At least two years of relevant experience or demonstrated transferable skills.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Prior experience in security, intelligence, or operational risk environments.
• Background in military, diplomatic, law enforcement, or close protection operations in high-risk environments.
• Must be based in the United States.
