What you will do
- Manage regional building operations and workplace services across corporate locations.
- Develop short- and long-range real estate planning and space utilization strategies.
- Oversee outsourced facility management providers, supplier relationships, and sub-regional facility teams.
- Formulate regional facility budgets and contribute to operating and capital forecasts.
- Manage stakeholder relationships, resolve conflicts, and present operational updates to senior leadership.
- Maintain GWS data systems and support renovations, relocations, M&A integration, sustainability, accessibility, and inclusion initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, engineering, real estate, or a related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
- 8+ years of relevant experience in facility management or corporate real estate.
- Experience managing multi-site regional portfolios and outsourced vendor teams.
- Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, civil, and/or architectural building operations.
- Experience managing CAPEX and OPEX budgets, analyzing spatial and financial data, and handling multiple projects.
- Experience with Computer-Aided Facility Management or Integrated Workplace Management Systems.
Nice to have
- Professional certification in facility management or real estate, such as IFMA, FMP, CFM, or LEED.
