Focus on investigating complex payment issues, coordinating balance replenishment, and maintaining reliable PSP operations during afternoon and overnight rotational shifts.
Location: Larnaca, Cyprus; hybrid work model with 2 days working from home. Afternoon and overnight rotational shifts are required.

What you will do
- Monitor communication channels with payment service providers and ensure timely responses and operational continuity.
- Investigate and resolve complex transaction enquiries and payment discrepancies.
- Track PSP performance metrics and scheduled maintenance to minimize downtime.
- Enable or disable payment gateways and manage urgent PSP-related configurations.
- Monitor PSP account balances and coordinate timely replenishment with internal stakeholders.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Banking, Economics, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in Forex or FinTech, preferably in Back Office or Payment Operations.
- Understanding of payment gateways, PSPs, and online transaction flows.
- Strong attention to detail, critical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Willingness to work late afternoon and overnight rotational shifts.
- Applicants must be eligible or legally authorized to work in Cyprus. Resumes must be submitted in English.
