Graduate Project Manager (AI)

Location: Milan, Italy; Warsaw, Poland; Madrid, Spain; or remote from approved countries. Most days must be spent in the Milan office during the first few months, after which office-based or remote work may be agreed at the offer stage.

Salary: Typical annual offers range from €39,892 to €54,346 elsewhere in Europe, with exceptionally experienced candidates receiving up to €82,557. London ranges are £41,255–£56,345, with offers up to £85,797.

What you will do

• Improve customer support operations, including external provider onboarding and support organization redesign.
• Build scalable help centers, chatbots, automated flows, and AI-powered support solutions.
• Work with Product and Engineering to turn recurring customer issues into product improvements.
• Shape support operations, tools, and processes for newly acquired products.
• Use data and AI to evaluate support performance and measure improvement impact.

Requirements

• Strong reasoning skills, structured thinking, and the ability to solve complex problems from first principles.
• High drive, initiative, ownership, and attention to important details.
• Collaborative, reliable, honest, and transparent approach to teamwork.
• Proficient English in reading, writing, and speaking.
• Ability to spend most days in the Milan office during the first few months.
