Project Manager (Automation & AI Services)

Location: Remote in Europe and South America; availability to overlap with the New York time zone is required.

What you will do

• Manage automation and AI-related projects from discovery and requirements gathering through implementation, testing, and client rollout.
• Analyze client business processes, workflows, systems, pain points, and operational requirements.
• Identify opportunities for automation, integration, and process improvement with technical teams.
• Translate business needs into functional requirements, user stories, process documentation, and development tasks.
• Coordinate scope, priorities, timelines, dependencies, risks, deliverables, testing, validation, and client acceptance.
• Support client onboarding and rollout while maintaining clear project documentation and stakeholder communication.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Project Manager, Technical Project Manager, Business Systems Project Manager, or in a similar technology-focused role.
• Experience with business process automation, workflow automation, systems integrations, ERP platforms, finance workflows, or other operational systems.
• Strong requirements-gathering, workflow analysis, project lifecycle, stakeholder management, and risk-management experience.
• Understanding of software development and system integration concepts, including APIs, integrations, data flows, and automation workflows.
• Experience working in agile or iterative delivery environments and managing multiple projects or workstreams.
• Ability to work remotely from Europe or South America and overlap with the New York time zone.

• Experience with AI, LLMs, intelligent automation, or AI-enabled business solutions.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, or similar project management and collaboration platforms.
• Experience with workflow automation, integration, ERP, CRM, finance, or business process management platforms.
• Experience delivering external-client projects in consulting, professional services, SaaS, or managed services environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
