Project Manager (Technical Background)

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end delivery of IT projects, managing scope, timelines, budget, quality, risks, and reporting.
• Manage distributed cross-functional teams of 20+ engineers across multiple workstreams.
• Align engineering delivery with business objectives and stakeholder expectations.
• Collaborate with architects and engineering, data, and business teams to maintain delivery and engineering standards.
• Monitor delivery metrics and KPIs, resolve escalated project and technical challenges, and improve operational practices.
• Ensure compliance with security, data privacy, governance, and project closure requirements.

Requirements

• 5+ years of project management experience, including ownership of full SDLC delivery.
• Experience managing complex IT projects and distributed teams of 20+ people.
• 4+ years of Agile experience, with the ability to apply hybrid approaches.
• Strong understanding of engineering processes, architecture collaboration, delivery governance, budgeting, estimation, resource planning, and risk management.
• Experience aligning technical execution with business goals in enterprise environments and familiarity with security, compliance, and data protection practices.
• Upper-Intermediate+ English and willingness to travel approximately 25%.

• Experience with data-driven solutions, predictive analytics, AI/ML, or modern technologies.
• Experience working with enterprise clients in the energy industry.
