What you will do
- Learn how international purchasing and sales processes work.
- Gain practical experience in the international purchase and sale of chemical raw materials and pharmaceutical active ingredients.
- Rotate through commercial departments including Product Management, Finance, and Human Resources.
- Develop knowledge of markets, products, customer needs, and business contexts.
- Work with colleagues from different teams and countries while building commercial, communication, and organizational skills.
Requirements
- Secondary school certificate, advanced technical college entrance qualification, or comparable qualification.
- Good German and English skills required.
- Interest in business topics and international contexts.
- Structured approach to work and enjoyment of organizing.
