Sales Development Representative (Legal AI)

Location: Hybrid in Barcelona, with collaboration at the Barcelona/Madrid HQ

Salary: €38,000–€43,000 annual OTE, plus commission and performance bonuses

What you will do

• Become a product expert and act as a hirify.global.ai evangelist.
• Manage outbound leads and schedule demos for Account Executives.
• Work with Account Executives to move prospects through the sales funnel.
• Support lead-generation and nurturing initiatives to build a healthy sales pipeline.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in sales or a similar role.
• Proactive, goal-oriented approach and persistence in prospect engagement.
• Curiosity about how a fast-growing scale-up operates and motivation to grow with the team.
• Fluent Spanish at native or C1+ level and fluent English.
