What you will do

  • Deliver inspiring visual merchandising, styling, and product presentation to enhance the in-store customer experience.
  • Execute global visual brand guidelines across windows, mannequins, and in-store displays.
  • Use sales performance, customer insights, and local market trends to guide visual merchandising decisions.
  • Plan and implement window displays, mannequin styling, and shop-floor presentations aligned with commercial goals.
  • Visit stores, monitor visual standards, and provide coaching and feedback across responsible locations.
  • Lead and develop Visual Merchandisers while collaborating with Area Visual and Store Management teams.

Requirements

  • Previous experience as a Visual Merchandiser Manager.
  • Advanced visual merchandising skills across windows, mannequins, styling, and in-store displays.
  • Strong understanding of fashion trends, silhouettes, seasonal styling, and local market influences.
  • Experience using KPIs, sales data, customer behaviour, and feedback to drive commercial results.
  • Leadership, coaching, communication, problem-solving, adaptability, and collaboration skills.
  • English language skills and availability for varied hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
