What you will do

• Deliver an engaging customer experience through styling advice, product knowledge, and compelling store presentation.
• Interpret sales data and customer insights to guide the store’s visual direction.
• Design and install seasonal window displays aligned with brand identity and current trends.
• Style mannequins, create outfit combinations, and merchandise the shop floor according to brand guidelines.
• Support daily store operations and the sales team while maintaining a seamless customer journey.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and train team members to ensure consistent execution.

Requirements

• Experience with visual merchandising standards, window displays, mannequin styling, and in-store presentation.
• Strong knowledge of fashion trends, silhouettes, and seasonal styling.
• Commercial awareness and some experience using KPIs, sales data, and customer feedback.
• Clear communication, active listening, adaptability, and a customer-centric mindset.
• Availability to work varied hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to work 39 hours per week in the Oxford City store.
