Visual Merchandiser (Retail)

Location: Onsite at the & Other Stories store in Oxford City, Westgate Shopping Centre, UK. Full-time contract of 39 hours per week, including varied hours such as evenings, weekends, and holidays.

What you will do

• Deliver an engaging in-store customer experience through styling advice, product knowledge, and visual storytelling.
• Interpret sales data and customer insights to guide the store’s visual direction and improve commercial performance.
• Design and install seasonal window displays that reflect current trends and brand identity.
• Style mannequins, create outfit combinations, and merchandise the shop floor according to brand guidelines.
• Support daily store operations and collaborate with the sales team to maintain a seamless customer journey.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards while training and mentoring team members.

Requirements

• Experience executing visual merchandising standards, including window displays, mannequin styling, and in-store presentation.
• Strong knowledge of fashion trends, silhouettes, seasonal styling, and visual storytelling.
• Commercial awareness and some experience using KPIs, sales data, and customer feedback.
• Clear communication, active listening, adaptability, and a customer-centric mindset.
• Willingness to work varied hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• CV submitted in English.
