Structural Engineer (Intermediate/Senior)

Location: Shah Alam, Selangor, Malaysia; onsite

What you will do

• Provide structural engineering support to internal and external clients.
• Develop and maintain design tools, procedures, calculation models, and technical literature.
• Support research and development projects and product compliance for existing and new product groups.
• Prepare detailed plans, drawings, project specifications, and cost estimates.
• Lead and mentor a small team of junior technical engineers.
• Deliver technical presentations to customers and monitor industry, product, and technology developments.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.
• Relevant experience in construction, engineering design, architecture, or building materials.
• Strong knowledge of fundamental structural engineering principles.
• Computer literacy with Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel, and AutoCAD.
• Hands-on experience and report or technical document writing skills.
• High integrity, strong communication skills, customer focus, and commitment to health, safety, compliance, and confidentiality.

Nice to have

• Experience with precast concrete lifting and connections.
• Experience leading or mentoring junior engineers.
