Production Supervisor (Semiconductor Manufacturing)

Location: Bayan Lepas, Malaysia; onsite role with no remote work

What you will do

• Lead manufacturing operators and line leaders to achieve output, quality, and cycle time targets.
• Enforce cleanroom protocols, safety regulations, quality standards, company policies, and EHS requirements.
• Participate in process improvement, cost reduction, yield enhancement, and RPA projects.
• Support day-to-day manufacturing operations and perform additional operational duties as assigned.

Requirements

• At least 1–3 years of experience in a Production Supervisor role.
• Minimum SPM/O-Level, Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced Diploma, Higher Diploma, or Graduate Diploma.
• Willingness and ability to work in a cleanroom environment.
• Basic proficiency in computer applications, especially Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work onsite in Bayan Lepas, Malaysia.
