Facility & Environmental Engineering Technician (Semiconductor)

Location: Kulim, Malaysia; onsite work required

What you will do

• Support facility and environmental engineering objectives across departments.
• Inspect and perform minor repairs on walls, roofs, floors, doors, gates, internal roads, and related facility structures.
• Monitor vendors during facility projects and coordinate activities across relevant parties.
• Support engineers in monitoring and executing maintenance plans for fire protection, gas supply, exhaust, and vacuum systems.
• Ensure sensors in the relevant systems are calibrated.
• Support energy- and cost-saving initiatives.

Requirements

• Minimum SKM qualification with at least 2 years of experience, or a diploma in civil and structural engineering or another engineering field.
• Knowledge of AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to support compliance with Malaysia's Environmental Quality Act and ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 safety management standards.
• Ability to work onsite in Kulim, Malaysia.
