Senior Industrial Engineer (Semiconductor)

Location: Bayan Lepas, Malaysia; onsite role with no remote work available

What you will do

• Design and implement efficient layouts for manufacturing facilities.
• Plan machine relocations and factory expansions.
• Optimize material and product flow, storage, waste reduction, safety, and regulatory compliance.
• Conduct onsite assessments with Facilities and machine owners to validate layouts and physical constraints.
• Coordinate practical implementation with related departments.
• Summarize timelines and costs for production expansion plans.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Science.
• Experience with semiconductor process flow, layout efficiency, and floor-space utilization improvement.
• Technical proficiency with AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
• Good command of English in verbal and written communication.
• Ability to work onsite in Bayan Lepas, Malaysia.
