BIM Modeler (Revit)

Location: Must be based in Malaysia

Salary: RM 5,000 per month

What you will do

• Build detailed Revit models for architecture, structure, or MEP from drawings, sketches, and specifications.
• Create and maintain Revit families, templates, and project standards.
• Produce construction drawings, shop drawings, and submission packages from BIM models.
• Manage models in Autodesk Construction Cloud and Autodesk Forma, ensuring compliance with BIM Execution Plans and project standards.
• Apply Dynamo automation, export IFC models, and check data quality before submission.
• Coordinate model progress, quality reviews, and deliverable timelines with BIM Coordinators and Managers.

Requirements

• 1–2 years of BIM modelling experience in the construction industry.
• Diploma or degree in Engineering, Architecture, or Built Environment.
• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit for Architecture, Structure, or MEP.
• Working knowledge of AutoCAD and experience with Autodesk Construction Cloud for model management and collaboration.
• Understanding of IFC export and data quality requirements.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to interpret design drawings accurately.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Autodesk Forma.
• Basic knowledge of Dynamo for automation workflows.
