Senior Officer Business Development (Corporate Sales)

What you will do

• Develop and implement corporate sales strategies for hardware tools and general trading products.
• Identify and develop customers among contractors, construction companies, engineering firms, factories, workshops, government institutions, and large businesses.
• Prepare quotations, proposals, tenders, and commercial offers according to customer requirements and pricing policies.
• Monitor sales performance, prepare reports and forecasts, and maintain pipeline updates for management.
• Handle customer complaints and coordinate timely resolution with relevant departments.
• Achieve assigned sales, gross profit, collection, and business development KPIs.

Requirements

• Successful completion of the G.C.E. Advanced Level Examination.
• Fluent English.
• Age between 25 and 35 years.
• Proven experience in business development or corporate sales.
• Prior experience in hardware product sales is preferred.
• Full or part qualification in marketing is an added advantage.
