Business Development Executive (Automotive Ecommerce)

hirify.global develops digital products and operates DoneDeal Cars, an online car marketplace connecting Irish car dealers with buyers.

What you will do

• Build and nurture relationships with car and commercial dealer clients.
• Identify revenue opportunities across the existing dealer base and through active prospecting.
• Advise clients on motor and digital industry opportunities to improve their digital performance.
• Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets while managing short and long sales cycles.
• Understand the digital solution portfolio and tailor offerings to customer requirements.
• Provide sales forecasts, manage CRM data, resolve client issues, and share customer insights with management.

Requirements

• At least one year of experience in online sales.
• Demonstrated strong sales performance and consistent target attainment.
• Experience managing a range of customer accounts.
• Strong listening, collaboration, teamwork, and independent working skills.
• High initiative and willingness to learn new sales techniques and develop professionally.
• Ability to work in a hybrid setup in Dublin, Ireland.

Nice to have

• Experience with Salesforce or other CRM systems.
