Consumer Services Coordinator

Salary: USD $20–$24 per hour

What you will do

• Respond to Tier 1 escalated consumer contacts from third-party support providers and resolve issues according to service guidelines.
• Answer Tier 1 agent inquiries and provide the information needed to support consumers effectively.
• Handle worldwide safety-related consumer contacts, including contacts received through social media.
• Partner with the quality assurance team to review consumer calls and provide feedback to agents.
• Ensure orders are processed on time and follow up with consumers regarding order issues.

Requirements

• Associate’s degree in business or a related field.
• Experience in customer support; call center experience is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify trends.
• Ability to work independently, take initiative, and achieve quality performance goals.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• PC proficiency, including Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Salesforce.
