Sales & Design Specialist (Furniture)

Location: CO - Denver; onsite retail role. Weekend and holiday availability is required.

Salary: $18.00–$19.00 per hour, plus uncapped commission on shipped items and a performance-based bonus plan.

What you will do

• Guide clients through in-store demonstrations and personalized design consultations.
• Design furniture solutions aligned with client needs, preferences, wellness goals, and productivity.
• Build client relationships, follow up on leads, and drive sales.
• Collaborate with the architecture and design community to develop partnerships and brand awareness.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and a premium store experience.
• Process transactions and manage orders accurately and efficiently.

Requirements

• Experience in retail sales, interior design, or client-facing design consultation.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a client-first mindset.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and design/rendering tools.
• Ability to lift or move items weighing more than 40 lbs and follow safety protocols.
• Availability to work weekends, holidays, and extended hours as needed.
