TL;DR
Senior Pricing Analyst, Derivatives Pricing, Incentives and Analytics (Derivatives/Financial Analytics): Developing and executing pricing strategies, incentive programs, and market-making initiatives for derivatives markets with an accent on quantitative analysis, client behavior, and market structure health. Focus on analyzing large datasets, building pricing models and analytical tools, tracking program performance, and translating complex market insights into growth recommendations.

Location: Hybrid role based in Chicago, United States, at 20 S. Wacker

Salary: $85,100–$141,800 per year, plus annual target bonus and equity opportunity

What you will do

  • Develop and execute pricing strategies, growth incentives, and market-making programs across derivatives markets.
  • Analyze market and client activity, liquidity, market trends, and participant behavior to identify business opportunities.
  • Support the rollout, administration, operational setup, and performance management of incentive programs.
  • Build analytical tools, pricing models, dashboards, and revenue analyses for business leaders.
  • Use statistical and mathematical techniques to analyze large datasets and evaluate pricing and program efficiency.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders across finance, technology, clearing, legal, market regulation, and business teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably in economics, mathematics, finance, statistics, or a related quantitative field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in pricing, financial analysis, derivatives, trading, or competitive market analysis.
  • Advanced quantitative and analytical skills, with experience handling complex datasets and building pricing models.
  • Experience with statistical tools such as Python or R and database queries using SQL is highly desirable.
  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills for presenting complex analysis to internal stakeholders.
  • High attention to detail and a proactive approach to identifying anomalies, improving processes, and finding growth opportunities.
