Senior Product Manager (AI/API)

Location: San Francisco, California, United States; in-office five days a week.

Salary: $200,000–$230,000 per year, plus equity.

What you will do

• Own product initiatives end-to-end, from prototyping and development through adoption and success.
• Build functional product prototypes and put new functionality in front of users early.
• Run customer visits, deployments, and feedback loops across SMB, Mid-Market, and Enterprise segments.
• Define market-winning product experiences using data, customer insights, and competitive benchmarking.
• Lead beta launches, customer feedback synthesis, sales plays, documentation, and product marketing enablement.
• Represent the product in internal and external support channels and feed market insights into future build cycles.

Requirements

• 6+ years of product management experience, including products used at scale by developers.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science.
• 3+ years of software development experience or equivalent hands-on ability to read code, open pull requests, and build functional prototypes with React, Node, or similar technologies.
• Fluency in API technologies and developer workflows, including Postman, GitHub, CI/CD, and API gateways.
• Experience with OpenAPI, AsyncAPI, GraphQL, and Protobuf/gRPC, plus experience shipping AI-enabled developer tools.
• Strong analytical, communication, prioritization, and experimentation skills.
