Manufacturing Learning and Development Partner (Manufacturing)

Location: Remote position based in Denver, Colorado, USA; frequent regional travel to bakeries is required, approximately 60–75%, with occasional national travel.

Salary: $64,700–$84,100 annually

What you will do

• Implement and sustain standardized on-the-job training certification programs across assigned bakeries.
• Collect, assess, develop, and validate manufacturing training content and standard operating procedures.
• Lead Train-the-Facilitator and Train-the-Trainer sessions for Training Coordinators and Floor Trainers.
• Work directly on bakery floors to observe, coach, and reinforce manufacturing best practices.
• Assess associate capabilities, support skill-gap analysis, and recommend additional training.
• Collaborate with bakery leadership, Operations Excellence, Talent Development, HR, Safety, and People Teams to improve training consistency and performance.

Requirements

• Four-year college degree, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
• At least five years of experience in a manufacturing environment and training role preferred.
• Hands-on experience writing and implementing standard operating procedures and detailed manufacturing training tools.
• Proven ability to facilitate training in an adult learning environment and apply adult learning methodologies.
• Ability to organize concurrent projects, work independently and collaboratively, and communicate professionally with associates and leaders at all levels.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, Microsoft 365, and other software applications is highly desired.
