Franchisee Learning Facilitator (Hospitality)

Location: Field/Remote; work from a home office with virtual collaboration on Zoom and possible required travel depending on the role.

Salary: $75,553–$88,886 per year

What you will do

• Facilitate live virtual and in-person learning programs for franchisees, hotel associates, contact center associates, local trainers, and business partners.
• Lead or support Hotel Operations Certification programs, workshops, webinars, coaching sessions, onboarding programs, and convention education.
• Create, update, and maintain instructor-led training materials, virtual workshops, eLearning courses, videos, reference guides, and job aids.
• Evaluate learning content for accuracy, relevance, compliance, and alignment with business priorities.
• Collaborate with department representatives, franchisees, owner associations, area directors, and learning partners to improve program adoption and effectiveness.
• Provide guidance on learning best practices and operational training requirements while supporting event preparation and logistics.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in hospitality, hotel operations, learning and development, training, facilitation, or a related field.
• Demonstrated experience facilitating instructor-led training in both virtual and in-person environments.
• Proficiency with Zoom, virtual learning technologies, Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent facilitation, presentation, communication, organization, project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, hospitality management, education, learning and development, organizational development, communications, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Ability to engage diverse audiences, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate within a matrixed organization.

Nice to have

• Experience with operational excellence, guest service, brand standards, revenue management, or contact center operations.
• Experience with instructional design, curriculum development, learning management systems, or content development tools.
