Learning Partner (Healthcare)

Location: Richardson, Texas; hybrid schedule with 3 days in office and 2 days remote

Base pay: $61,500–$136,100 annually, plus eligibility for an annual incentive bonus.

What you will do

• Develop and execute education strategies aligned with business-line goals, learning methodology, and organizational culture.
• Build consultative partnerships with internal clients, senior stakeholders, subject matter experts, and workgroups.
• Analyze performance gaps and learning needs, then recommend performance and non-performance solutions.
• Design and coordinate instructor-led, web-based, and blended learning solutions.
• Manage multiple complex initiatives, communication plans, and project activities for divisional and enterprise implementations.
• Evaluate learning effectiveness and business outcomes while coaching and developing team members.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Development or a related field and 4 years of instructional design or performance consulting experience, or 8 years of equivalent experience.
• Consultative communication, negotiation, and professional visual, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Technical aptitude, analytical ability, and sound inductive and deductive reasoning.
• Ability to manage multiple complex projects independently and efficiently.
• Experience analyzing information, evaluating results, and identifying appropriate solutions.
• Ability to apply accepted and emerging adult learning theories and instructional design trends.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in Human Resource Development or a related field.
• Three years of learning and development experience in a corporate or business setting.
• Experience building partnerships with internal and external customers, senior management, and subject matter experts.
