Senior Global Mobility Specialist (Global Business Travel)

Location: Based in Taipei, Taiwan

Salary: Above NT$40,000 per month; negotiable

What you will do

• Coordinate business travel, accommodations, travel requests, and schedule changes across Taiwan.
• Manage relationships with hotels, travel suppliers, agencies, airlines, and other local vendors, including long-stay room blocks and rate negotiations.
• Support travelers, resolve urgent issues, manage accommodation changes, and apply company travel policies.
• Provide mobility case management, relocation administration, assignment support, and immigration and work authorization tracking.
• Process travel expenses, vendor payments, invoices, databases, benefit records, and lease agreements.
• Collaborate with the Seoul-based global business travel team and internal mobility, immigration, procurement, finance, payroll, and HR stakeholders.

Requirements

• Fluent Mandarin and proficient English are required.
• Must be based in Taipei, Taiwan.
• 3–5+ years of hands-on experience in global mobility, immigration, corporate travel, hotel procurement, hospitality coordination, or HR operations.
• Experience managing accommodation providers and travel suppliers, with strong negotiation skills.
• Practical experience with vendor payments, expense tracking, databases, and records management.
• Strong organization, multitasking, troubleshooting, customer-service, and Taiwan travel-market knowledge.
