Marketing Associate (SaaS)

What you will do

• Execute integrated marketing campaigns and regional field programs across multiple channels to generate qualified pipeline.
• Coordinate end-to-end logistics, vendors, and staffing for virtual and in-person corporate events.
• Track campaign performance and deliver actionable insights to marketing leadership using analytics tools.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Customer Success to align regional marketing activities with business goals.
• Maintain campaign calendars, project timelines, and database hygiene within the marketing technology stack.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is required; equivalent experience is not accepted in lieu of a degree.
• 0–2 years of experience in a professional business, marketing, or agency environment.
• High proficiency with Google Workspace, including Docs, Sheets, and Slides.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced collaborative environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to have

• Internship experience in a B2B SaaS or technology enterprise.
• Familiarity with Marketo, Google Analytics, or project management platforms.
• Experience with Salesforce or ServiceNow.
