Associate Clinical Oncology Specialist (Oncology)

Location: Remote in the USA; designated territory covers Portland, Oregon and surrounding areas. The role includes work in medical office or hospital settings and requires 25–50% travel.

Salary: $80,000–$100,000 USD annually, plus uncapped commission, car allowance, and RSUs.

What you will do

• Support assigned oncology customers and contribute to account sales, service, and product support.
• Build relationships with oncology account personnel to drive unit growth and patient retention.
• Monitor patient testing to help patients remain on the testing protocol prescribed by the oncologist.
• Assess clinical staff needs, coordinate logistics, and resolve customer and workflow issues.
• Educate medical professionals on oncology products, test order management tools, and available resources.
• Maintain KPI reports and collaborate with sales representatives, patient coordinators, territory managers, and other internal partners.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred, or an associate degree with at least four years of relevant experience.
• Background as a medical assistant, clinical support specialist, patient liaison, or nurse.
• At least two years of sales experience.
• Strong interpersonal, analytical, organizational, communication, prioritization, and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently, learn software and reporting systems quickly, and operate effectively in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.
• Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Gmail; ability to understand data spreadsheets and related technologies.
