Project Manager (Baking Technology)

Location: Remote

Salary: $94,300–$122,600 annually

What you will do

• Lead complex, cross-functional projects and selected programs from initiation through implementation.
• Establish governance, stage-gate reviews, project plans, milestones, critical paths, RAID logs, and resource assumptions.
• Align business leaders, functional teams, subject matter experts, and external partners on scope, priorities, success measures, and accountabilities.
• Prepare executive-ready status updates, risk summaries, milestone reviews, and corrective-action recommendations.
• Track initiative health, timelines, resource constraints, dependencies, and business value realization across the portfolio.
• Support transformation through standardized processes, change management, decision-making routines, and coaching on project management practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Food Science, or a related field.
• Seven or more years of experience in project management, program management, transformation, commercialization, operations, supply chain, or related functions.
• Experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives with multiple stakeholders, timelines, dependencies, and executive reporting requirements.
• Strong project and program management, analytical, problem-solving, communication, leadership, and influencing skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and project management tools used for scheduling, reporting, and collaboration.

Nice to have

• Experience with portfolio governance, financial or value tracking, stage-gate processes, and formal project management methodologies or tools.
