Warehouse Supervisor

What you will do

• Manage dispatch, receipt, and movement of goods within the distribution centre.
• Lead a small warehouse team, including recruitment, onboarding, training, and professional development.
• Establish and maintain safe work practices and ensure compliance with legislative standards.
• Coordinate cycle counts, stock takes, warehouse maintenance, and site security.
• Work with the Supply Chain Director to improve processes, procedures, budgets, cost structures, and headcount planning.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in a similar role within a high-volume warehouse.
• Experience leading and coaching team members and working independently.
• Strong communication and customer service skills, with resilience under pressure.
• Experience with warehouse management, freight management, warehouse tracking, and operational software.
• Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office and Microsoft Excel.
• Experience in facilities management and site management.

Nice to have

• Experience in pharmaceuticals, animal health, medical devices, or another healthcare operation.
