Service Delivery Coordinator (Logistics)

Location: Gillman SA 5013, Australia; based at the Wingfield site

What you will do

• Coordinate daily inbound and outbound deliveries, including scheduling, receipting, load allocation, and manifesting.
• Drive service delivery and operational performance across dispatch, inventory, and warehouse activities.
• Act as the key coordination link between Operations, Transport, Sales, warehouse teams, and service providers.
• Monitor DIFOT, order fulfilment, and inventory accuracy, addressing delays and performance gaps.
• Resolve stock issues, support cycle counts, and manage service escalations to achieve positive customer outcomes.

Requirements

• Experience in dispatch, logistics, or distribution coordination in a fast-paced operational environment.
• Experience using SAP and/or warehouse management systems for inventory control and operational processes.
• Strong stakeholder engagement, communication, influencing, and relationship-building skills.
• Understanding of distribution operations, including planning, scheduling, and material movement.
• Resilience, strong customer focus, problem-solving ability, and commitment to service excellence.
