Warehouse Coordinator

Location: Adelaide, South Australia, Australia; onsite at the Adelaide warehouse in Richmond

What you will do

• Monitor and develop warehouse processes for safe and effective storage and distribution of event stock.
• Coordinate scheduled dispatches and returns using R2, ensuring equipment is returned to the correct storage locations.
• Apply occupational health and safety procedures, including secure storage, lifting-height controls, and forklift safety.
• Assist the Warehouse Manager and Event Designer with warehouse projects and priorities.
• Maintain accurate records, systems, and a neat, organised warehouse.
• Coordinate with operations, theming, hotels, and interstate offices regarding equipment and event requirements.

Requirements

• Forklift licence and previous warehouse experience.
• Current or obtainable test and tag licence.
• High-level computer skills, including MS Office.
• Strong communication, customer service, time management, conflict resolution, accuracy, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work under pressure and after hours when necessary.
• Maturity to work with people at all levels of the organisation.

Nice to have

• Experience with audio, visual, and lighting systems.
• MR licence.
