What you will do
- Manage inbound, inventory management, and outbound warehouse operations.
- Monitor productivity, throughput, order accuracy, inventory accuracy, and on-time fulfillment KPIs.
- Develop daily production plans and allocate workforce according to business demand.
- Supervise warehouse activities, coordinate with team leaders and cross-functional stakeholders, and resolve operational issues.
- Optimize workflows, standardize operating procedures, and support continuous improvement initiatives.
- Maintain compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and company policies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or above.
- At least 3 years of experience in warehouse operations, warehouse management, logistics, or supply chain operations.
- Knowledge of warehouse operations, production management, inventory control, and warehouse performance management.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, project management, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese is required.
Nice to have
- Experience with WMS, ERP, Lean Manufacturing, or continuous improvement methodologies.
