Dispatch Coordinator (Steel Distribution)

Location: Kewdale, Western Australia, with potential work at Bibra Lake, Western Australia. Full-time, Monday–Friday, typically 7:00am–3:30pm, with occasional earlier starts.

What you will do

• Plan, coordinate and control inbound and outbound stock movements at the Kewdale site.
• Lead inventory integrity activities and maintain accurate warehouse stock holdings.
• Enter dispatch data accurately and expedite incoming orders.
• Coordinate with customer service, sales, operations and third-party transport providers.
• Uphold site safety standards covering transportation, Chain of Responsibility and load restraint compliance.

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge and experience with MS Office, SAP, WMS or similar ERP systems.
• Effective stakeholder engagement and collaboration skills.
• Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team.
