Delivery Manager (Public Sector)

Location: Leeds, United Kingdom; hybrid working model with occasional travel.

What you will do

• Deliver complex technology and business change projects that achieve business outcomes and customer satisfaction.
• Lead large projects from scoping through delivery, defining deliverables and timelines.
• Apply Scrum, Agile, and Kanban delivery practices.
• Manage system integration projects spanning multiple technologies and third-party suppliers.
• Coordinate change and release management processes.
• Communicate project, program, and business matters to management, delivery teams, and customers.

Requirements

• Experience delivering complex projects in project or program management roles.
• Public-sector experience is required.
• Knowledge of the software delivery lifecycle.
• Strong Scrum Master experience and knowledge of Agile and Kanban methodologies.
• Experience managing projects with budgets exceeding £1M, including estimation, cost control, and commercial negotiation.
• Ability to build trust and communicate clearly with management, team members, and customers.
