Procurement Operations Manager 3 (Supply Chain)

What you will do

• Provide complex procurement support using subject matter expertise and multiple technologies.
• Lead process standardization, strategic initiatives, program strategies, and the integration of small acquisitions.
• Monitor programs, delivery solutions, key metrics, and procurement processes while identifying issues and proposing solutions.
• Manage the deployment of business processes and technical capabilities by suppliers and partner groups.
• Optimize external supplier spend through negotiation, strategic sourcing, and supplier partnerships.
• Design procurement processes, support cost management, train internal teams, and develop junior procurement staff.

Requirements

• Four-year or graduate degree in Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing Engineering, Business Administration, or a related discipline, or equivalent demonstrated competence.
• Typically 4–7 years of experience in procurement, category management, operations, or a related field; an advanced degree may be combined with 3–5 years of experience.
• Knowledge of procurement, purchasing, supply chain management, supplier relationship management, supplier performance management, and strategic sourcing.
• Experience with cost reduction, accounting, finance, invoicing, KPIs, ERP, SAP Applications, and material requirements planning.
• Strong communication, results orientation, learning agility, digital fluency, and customer centricity.
• Ability to lead activities across multiple teams and respond to moderately complex issues within established guidelines.

Nice to have

• Certified in Production and Inventory Management certification.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
• Certified Professional in Supply Management certification.
