Focus on leading RFQ/RFP processes, resolving manufacturing-critical supplier escalations, and developing continuity plans to protect equipment uptime.

What you will do
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies for MRO categories, including equipment spare parts, maintenance services, industrial supplies, consumables, and fabrication items.
- Lead RFQ/RFP activities, supplier selection, contract negotiations, and commercial agreement management.
- Monitor category spend, benchmark markets, and deliver cost reduction, cost avoidance, and value improvement initiatives.
- Manage supplier performance, escalations, corrective actions, supply continuity, and risk mitigation.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Operations, Maintenance, Planning, Finance, Quality, and Legal to support manufacturing uptime.
- Support business continuity management, crisis response, compliance, and operational recovery initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business, Supply Chain, or a related discipline.
- At least 5 years of experience in commodity management and procurement.
- Expertise with sourcing and contracting tools such as SAP or Oracle Cloud.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, supplier management, communication, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel functions such as VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables.
Nice to have
- Experience managing indirect materials categories.
- Understanding of indirect-solution suppliers serving semiconductor or electronics companies.
