Supply Chain Manager

Location: San Mateo, California, United States; on-site at the office 5 days a week. The role requires travel up to 25% domestically and internationally.

Annual pay range: $130,000–$170,000 USD.

What you will do

• Own the refurbishment strategy, including product eligibility, site selection, program sunset decisions, production planning, and prioritization.
• Manage the primary refurbishment vendor and oversee quality standards, throughput, and issue resolution.
• Own the spare parts program, including stocking, fulfillment, catalogs, ordering, and support for products approaching or past end-of-service.
• Develop and execute end-of-service strategies that balance customer impact, cost, and inventory exposure.
• Manage KPIs and disposition rules for returned and non-revenue inventory, including processing, resale, retirement, and internal fulfillment.
• Partner with engineering and quality teams on warranty-return triage, failure analysis, and timely unit availability.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in reverse logistics, aftermarket operations, refurbishment, or a closely related supply chain discipline.
• Experience directly managing external operational partners and resolving performance issues.
• Ability to define standards and make data-backed decisions in ambiguous situations.
• Experience shaping broad strategic mandates into concrete operational plans.
• Ability to influence warehouse, engineering, quality, and other teams without direct reporting authority.
• Independent authorization to work in the United States is required; visa sponsorship is not available.
