Clinical Oncology Specialist (Oncology Diagnostics)

Location: Miami, FL; territory includes Miami Lakes, Hialeah, Kendall, Doral, and Key West.

On-target earnings: $195,000–$225,000 USD for the first year, including base salary and commission potential.

What you will do

• Sell and support the adoption of hirify.global’s oncology diagnostic products within the assigned territory.
• Call on oncologists and other medical personnel to deliver approved product information and customer education.
• Identify and build relationships with key opinion leaders, hospitals, clinics, and physicians.
• Partner with women’s health and pharmaceutical sales teams to develop and execute territory plans.
• Support appropriate patient identification and treatment management processes.
• Monitor existing business, document challenges and opportunities, and escalate unresolved client issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and at least 5 years of oncology experience, or an associate degree and 7 years of oncology experience.
• Knowledge of the local oncology market, oncology molecular diagnostics, and personalized medicine.
• Clinical oncology and healthcare business expertise, including payer and reimbursement understanding.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, strategic thinking, teamwork, and independent execution.
• Relevant experience may include Nurse Practitioner, Physician Assistant, Registered Nurse, Nurse Manager, Practice Manager, Research Nurse, or another oncology clinical role.
• Active OCN or ACON oncology nursing experience is valued.
