Facilities Supervisor (Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Lead custodial, facilities, and coordination teams, including training, mentoring, and performance evaluation.
• Plan facility resources and maintain systems including gas, water, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and networking infrastructure.
• Maintain forklifts, aerial lifts, order-picking equipment, facility equipment, and amenities while ensuring safe operation.
• Coordinate inspections, repairs, renovations, capital equipment installations, sanitation, waste disposal, recycling, and grounds maintenance.
• Manage contractors, review proposals, RFPs, and lease documents, evaluate utility consumption, and forecast facility needs.
• Enforce OSHA guidelines, oversee parking compliance, and coordinate facility events and safety-related activities.

Requirements

• 3+ years of facilities management experience in a manufacturing or warehousing operation.
• Strong leadership, people management, organizational, project management, analytical, and decision-making skills.
• Knowledge and practical experience with the 5-S process and CMMS.
• Knowledge of electrical infrastructure, gas lines, plumbing, HVAC systems, and networking infrastructure.
• Understanding of quality standards and OSHA health and safety regulations.
• Proficiency with MS Excel and strong spoken and written communication skills.
