Photo Equipment Engineer (Semiconductor Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Identify equipment operating risks within the assigned area.
• Design preventive maintenance programs for fab equipment.
• Optimize spare-parts quality, create improvement plans and drawings, introduce new technologies and materials, and assess change risks.
• Estimate spare-parts consumption, monitor inventory costs and slow-moving inventory, and manage high-value spare parts.
• Track RFQ implementation, inspect factory secondary distribution and new equipment, update the equipment management system, and conduct Buy Off activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• At least 6 years of experience in a fab equipment maintenance environment.
• Experience maintaining equipment in semiconductor wafer fab wet etch operations.
• Good working knowledge of PLCs, automation, and troubleshooting.
• Effective oral and written English communication and presentation skills are required.
• Working knowledge of computer hardware and software, Microsoft software, and AutoCAD.
