Process Technician (Semiconductor Manufacturing)

Location: Farmers Branch, Texas, United States. Onsite cleanroom role with a compressed work week: Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, and every other Wednesday from 7:00 a.m. to 7:15 p.m.

What you will do

• Operate and monitor semiconductor manufacturing equipment in process areas including lithography, etch, deposition, and CMP.
• Perform routine equipment checks, basic troubleshooting, and escalation to maintenance or engineering teams.
• Follow work instructions, standard operating procedures, and process control plans.
• Inspect and measure products using metrology tools while recording production and process data in manufacturing systems.
• Support equipment startup, shutdown, changeover, continuous improvement, and yield enhancement activities.
• Maintain cleanroom, safety, and environmental compliance and assist with training and onboarding new technicians.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of related experience.
• Experience with semiconductor manufacturing, fabrication processes, and cleanroom operations.
• Knowledge of manufacturing execution systems, computerized maintenance management systems, statistical process control, and computer operations.
• Ability to follow detailed protocols, work independently, maintain attention to detail, and collaborate across departments.
• Ability to work onsite in Farmers Branch, Texas, on the specified compressed work week schedule.
