General Manager (Hospitality)

Location: Rock Springs, Arizona 85324, United States; on-site resort operations

Salary: $70,000–$80,000 annually, depending on experience

What you will do

• Oversee daily resort operations and deliver consistent customer service for guests and residents.
• Lead hiring, training, scheduling, performance management, and development for the resort team.
• Develop marketing initiatives to increase reservations, occupancy, and brand awareness.
• Prepare and manage the annual operating budget, monitor monthly performance, and analyze P&L variances and revenue trends.
• Coordinate guest activities and events while overseeing capital improvements and property needs.
• Enforce resort standards, address guest and operational concerns, and ensure compliance with applicable regulations.

Requirements

• 3+ years of management or supervisory experience, preferably in hospitality, resort, campground, or property management.
• Strong leadership, communication, customer service, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Experience overseeing daily operations, staffing, scheduling, and employee performance.
• Ability to manage budgets, control costs, and support profitability.
• Proficiency with basic computer systems, scheduling, reporting, and operational software.
• Ability to work on-site in Rock Springs, Arizona, including responding to resort needs outside normal business hours.
