Property General Manager (Hospitality)

Location: Camp Verde, Arizona 86322, United States; on-property role

Salary: $75,000–$90,000 annually, depending on experience, plus performance bonus.

What you will do

• Lead, coach, and develop the resort leadership team and associates.
• Oversee daily operations across guest services, housekeeping, maintenance, activities, retail, food and beverage, and other departments.
• Own the annual operating budget and financial performance, including revenue, occupancy, labor, expenses, and key performance indicators.
• Maintain high standards for cleanliness, safety, service, property presentation, and guest experience.
• Partner with Sales and Marketing to improve occupancy, revenue, visibility, programming, events, and promotions.
• Build community relationships and strengthen the resort’s position in the outdoor hospitality industry.

Requirements

• 5+ years of progressive hospitality leadership experience.
• General Manager experience in a resort, hotel, RV resort, campground, or similar environment is strongly preferred.
• Experience leading and developing high-performing teams across multiple departments.
• Experience managing budgets, financial performance, labor, and operating expenses.
• Strong understanding of guest experience, service standards, and hospitality operations.
• Hands-on, adaptable leadership style with sound business judgment, accountability, and a commitment to developing others.
