What you will do

• Develop strategic plans to improve profitability and operational efficiency.
• Lead, motivate, and manage the store team.
• Oversee scheduling, inventory management, quality control, and daily operations.
• Analyze financial data, manage budgets, and control expenses.
• Maintain customer service standards and resolve customer issues.
• Build relationships with customers, vendors, and community partners while identifying growth opportunities.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a General Manager or in a similar leadership role.
• Strong business acumen, analytical skills, and problem-solving ability.
• Experience building and motivating high-performing teams.
• Financial management experience, including budgeting, forecasting, and profit and loss analysis.
• Strong communication, organization, decision-making, and time management skills.
• Proficiency with business management software and point-of-sale systems.

Nice to have

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
• Knowledge of local market conditions and community dynamics in Elko New Market.
