General Manager, Cafe (Hospitality)

Salary: $112,500–$168,800 per year

What you will do

• Lead the cafe as its senior business leader and manage the full facility and its assets.
• Grow sales and entrée counts while meeting or exceeding financial and operational objectives.
• Maintain Hard Rock brand standards, core values, systems, and service processes.
• Build, lead, retain, and develop management and hourly team members.
• Set performance goals, hold team members accountable, and support career development.
• Drive guest satisfaction, respond to feedback, and implement local and company initiatives.

Requirements

• At least 10 years of hospitality experience, including restaurant front-line operations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality and Restaurant Management or Culinary preferred.
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, communication, listening, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong business acumen and the ability to communicate complex ideas using professional language.
• Fluency in English is required.
• Ability to work on site in a cafe environment, move around the facility for extended periods, and travel by car or airplane when required.
