Senior Property Manager (Commercial Real Estate)

Location: Arlington, Virginia, United States; onsite

Salary: $96,135–$138,813 per year, plus eligibility for an annual performance-based bonus.

What you will do

• Manage, lead, and develop property management staff while ensuring consistent implementation of operational policies and procedures.
• Oversee operational, financial, and administrative activities across a commercial real estate portfolio.
• Build and maintain relationships with property owners, tenants, vendors, contractors, customers, and other stakeholders.
• Maintain existing client relationships and expand the business base through regular contact with current and prospective clients.
• Anticipate operational challenges, provide creative solutions, and help strategically position assets.
• Mentor team members and support departmental and organizational goals.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of progressive experience managing commercial real estate.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field.
• Professional interpersonal skills and experience managing staff.
• Experience with real estate software such as Yardi or MRI.
• Strong understanding of financial reports, business fundamentals, and P&L management.
• Must be currently authorized to work full time in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

• CPM and/or RPA certification.
• Understanding of market cycles and the ability to set short- and long-term strategies.
• Accountability for budgets and capital expenses.
