Foundry Program Manager (Semiconductor Manufacturing)

Location: On-site in Chengdu, China, with an additional location in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.

What you will do

• Lead day-to-day execution, governance, operational discipline, and performance management for Foundry service programs.
• Own service metrics, data quality, dashboards, executive reporting, scorecards, and benchmarking analyses.
• Drive service monetization, cost modeling, business process governance, and continuous operational improvement.
• Lead new product introduction, factory startup, process transfer, and technology validation across Assembly and Test Manufacturing sites.
• Own NPI roadmaps, milestones, readiness reviews, stakeholder alignment, risk management, and issue resolution through high-volume manufacturing.
• Coordinate Product Design, PDT, ATTD, Manufacturing, Automation, Quality, Finance, and Business Operations teams to achieve product, process, certification, quality, performance, and customer requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Business, or a related technical field.
• At least 5 years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing, engineering, manufacturing operations, business operations, or program management.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, reporting, stakeholder management, and cross-functional program leadership skills.
• Experience or knowledge in semiconductor manufacturing, Foundry, OSAT, NPI, factory operations, product and process integration, manufacturing readiness, or technology transfer.
• Proficiency in Power BI, Excel, and business process documentation tools.
• On-site presence is required.
