Salary: $195,200 - $245,000 USD

What you will do

• Act as connective tissue across engineering, product, leadership, and stakeholders.
• Own and drive cross-team initiatives from conception to completion.
• Manage cross-team roadmaps, schedules, risks, and issues.
• Lead security, privacy, compliance, and operational excellence initiatives.
• Establish scalable, repeatable, and efficient processes and schedules.
• Improve engineering, product, and operational efficiency across the organization.

Requirements

• 5+ years of technical program management or engineering management experience.
• 7+ years of experience working directly with software, cloud, or data engineering teams.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering or a related technical discipline.
• Experience working with senior leadership, including C-level leaders.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Experience managing projects, risks, and dependencies with various cross-functional teams.
• Experience building scalable processes and coordinating release schedules.
• Experience in agile software development methodologies.
